High off-road capability! Suzuki's electric mobility base unit.

An electric cart that demonstrates high mobility on outdoor uneven terrain and muddy roads! It can be utilized for various purposes as a UGV or platform.

We would like to introduce the features of the electric mobility base unit. The legs of the electric cart utilize technology from Suzuki's electric wheelchair development, which has been cultivated for about 50 years. The electric wheelchair has undergone numerous improvements to meet the expectations of our customers based on their requests and feedback. "To ensure that those who use electric wheelchairs, as well as those around them, can use them with peace of mind..." This sentiment is embodied in the design of the electric wheelchair's legs, which demonstrate high mobility even on uneven terrain and muddy paths, such as those found in agricultural areas, allowing for safe use in various situations. 【Features】 ■ Independent motors for left and right rear wheels ■ Suspension in all four directions ■ Power steering for front wheel control ■ Rust-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof ■ Low center of gravity for high driving stability ■ Capable of climbing slopes of 8° with a load of 100kg ▼ Many use cases are currently published on the special website! For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Electric Mobility Base Unit] Inspection Robot

A case where HBA Corporation utilized electric trolleys as support robots for infrastructure inspection work! Tasks in harsh environments such as outdoor inspections and monitoring operations.

We would like to introduce a case where our electric mobility base unit was utilized at HBA Corporation. Traditionally, outdoor inspection and monitoring tasks at power plants, factories, and on external walls and roofs often involve working in harsh environments and dangerous locations. Additionally, due to a shortage of the labor force, there is a lack of workers to carry out maintenance tasks, making it difficult to conduct sufficient inspections and maintenance. To address these challenges, HBA's "Outdoor Work Support Robot Solution" has utilized our electric mobility base unit as the legs of an infrastructure inspection robot. By replacing manual tasks in equipment inspection and facility management with robots, we promote the reduction of manpower in inspections and maintenance. 【Features of Suzuki's Electric Mobility Base Unit】 ■ Independent motors for left and right rear wheels ■ Suspension on all four sides ■ Front wheel steering with power steering ■ Rust-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof ■ Low center of gravity for high driving stability ■ Capable of climbing and descending slopes of 8° with a load of 100kg ▼ Many use cases are currently available on the special website! For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

【Case Study of Electric Mobility Base Unit】Golf Ball Collector

A case where Dainichi Koki Co., Ltd. utilized an electric cart for a remote-controlled golf ball collector! Improved work efficiency by collecting balls during operations.

Dainichi Koki Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells golf ball collection machines that significantly reduce the labor involved in ball collection tasks. Typically, at driving ranges, balls are collected manually after closing and before opening. During business hours, it is difficult for people to work due to the balls flying around, leading to the challenge of "how to improve work efficiency by conducting ball collection during business hours." To address this, we utilized Suzuki's electric mobility base unit, which is equipped with ball protection, and by towing the ball collection machine with remote control, we have made it possible to safely and efficiently collect balls even during business hours. Additionally, it can collect balls even in the presence of minor puddles. **Features of Suzuki's Electric Mobility Base Unit:** - Capable of traveling at 6 km/h - Independent motors for left and right rear wheels - Suspension on the front, rear, left, and right - Power steering for front wheel steering ▼ Demo consultations available! If you would like a demo at your practice range, please contact us. *Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests depending on the area. ▼ Many case studies are currently available on the special website!
